What is an EVC Throttle Controller?

Our EVC Throttle Controllers are a plug and play throttle controller that gives you complete control over the responsiveness of your vehicle. It does this by providing new points of reference for your throttle mapping, introducing either a sharper or duller throttle curve depending on what mode/setting has been selected.

The EVC features multiple driving modes to ensure you have the perfect throttle response at any given moment, and with the touch of a button you can change this response to whatever sensitivity you need.

Easy to Install

Our EVC Throttle Controllers are a plug and play product, easily installed in 5-10 minutes. If you can change a lightbulb on your vehicle you can install one of these! Simply connect in-line between the factory plug and throttle pedal assembly. The Display/Controller can be placed on the dash or console of the vehicle.

Can it be used with other performance products?

Absolutely! In fact, our Throttle Controllers are a great compliment to many aftermarket performance modifications.

Performance mods such as ECU Tune, Dyno Tune, ECU Remap, Power Chip or ECU Reflash focus on many parameters outside your throttle pedal response. Parameters like fuel injection, ignition timing, boost pressure, etc. And, while some tuners also include pedal mapping in their services, it is also often non-adjustable.

The true benefit of our Throttle Controller lies in is its adjustability. With many levels of adjustability to choose from, you can now tune your throttle response to suit any driving style or conditions.

Why can't I just push my pedal harder?

Your factory pedal has set parameters or bounds. These parameters can't be overridden by physical input, i.e. pushing your foot harder, faster or further. The only way to alter the response is to electronically override it with new throttle parameters, achieved by fitting one of our EVC Throttle Controllers.

While our EVC Throttle Controllers do not add top-end horsepower, it does improve acceleration ramp up power, the amount of accessible power when you plant your foot at either a stopped or rolling takeoff.

ULTIMATE MODE

Ultimate Mode offers 9 sensitivity levels, this allows the driver to tune the controller to the desired level of sensitivity. Choose level 9 and grip the steering wheel tight or hit level 1 for a gentle smooth acceleration (9 Levels).

ECONOMY MODE

Designed for economy by reducing your throttle response below factory parameters. Also handy when you are on the trails and looking for a bit more throttle control when crawling (9 Levels).

ADAPT MODE

Set & forget - automatically choose the best, enhanced throttle response based on the pressure applied to your throttle pedal.
